A well respected, medium sized practice based in West London, synonymous with bespoke and luxury residential projects, is looking to recruit a Senior Project Architect. The majority of their work is London based, prime and super prime residential single dwellings and consists of extensions, alterations or refurbishments of existing properties, although the occasional new build project will arise. Project values can range from £1M to £45M (and sometimes larger). Their clients have a high net worth and demand top quality design, both traditional and contemporary. This can include basement extensions and listed buildings or work in conservation areas. The projects are very appealing as they allow you to push design boundaries working with a high budget, producing fantastic bespoke architecture.

You will be responsible for running some of the practice’s larger projects, across all the stages whilst managing a medium sized project team.  The successful candidate will require experience working in the UK prime residential sector, on similar scale projects.  The practice uses AutoCAD. You will be working with a talented and professional team with a passion for luxury design. The practice also has a strong social culture including several architecturally focused away days throughout the year.
