A well respected, medium sized practice based in West London, synonymous with bespoke, high-end and luxury residential projects, is looking to recruit a Project Architect. The nature of their client’s and their niche sector is seeing sustained work levels despite the current climate.
The majority of their work is prime and super prime residential London based projects and consist of extensions or refurbishments of existing properties although the occasional new build project will arise. Project values can range from £1M to £45M. Their clients have a high net worth and demand high quality design, both traditional and contemporary. This can include basement extensions and listed buildings. This is very appealing as it allows you to push your design boundaries working with a high budget, producing fantastic bespoke architecture.
You would be working from concept design through to completion. Proficiency with AutoCAD is required however hand drawing and 3D skills are highly valued. Revit experience would be advantageous. You will also be managing a small team.
