A well respected, medium sized practice based in West London, synonymous with bespoke, high-end and luxury residential projects, is looking to recruit a Project Architect.  The majority of their work is prime and super prime residential London based projects and consists of extensions, alterations or refurbishments of existing properties although the occasional new build project will arise. Project values can range from £1M to £45M (and sometimes larger). Their clients have a high net worth and demand high quality design, both traditional and contemporary. This can include basement extensions and listed buildings. This is very appealing as it allows you to push your design boundaries working with a high budget, producing fantastic bespoke architecture.

You would be working from concept design through to completion. Proficiency with AutoCAD is desirable however hand drawing and 3D skills are highly valued.  You will also be managing a small team.
