Landscape BIM Coordinator
An exciting role has arisen for a Landscape BIM Coordinator within a London based, award winning, top AJ100 practice. The practice specialises in the medium to large-scale residential sector and their landscape division makes up a significant proportion of their studio. This role would suit a BIM Coordinator / Specialist or an Architectural Assistant or Technologies who is experience with BIM.
You will be required to deploy Revit across a range of projects and carry outn regular maintenance and audits for BIM projects. You will also be responsible for training staff on the correct use and best practice of Revit in line with the studio’s protocols. In addition, you also be intrinsically involved in the ongoing development of BIM implementation within the Landscape team and well as wider across the practice.
The ideal candidate will have worked on public realm regeneration schemes and will have a good understanding of landscape design services. They will be experienced in the use of BIM Execution Plans on complex projects. In addition to the need for an expert Revit user, other software packages in use are Navisworks, BIM360, NBS Chorus, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Lumion.
