A leading and established, top AJ100 practice has a vacancy for an Architectural Technician or Technologist in their Westerham studio.  Projects are generally medium to large- scale, both national and international.  Many projects will fall under the residential, commercial, education or civic sectors.

You will be working directly with the Project Architects, Associates and Associate Directors from RIBA Stage 3 to completion but adopting the role of Project Lead from the commencement of RIBA Stage 4.  The right candidate will have BIM experience, working in a 3D environment.  ArchiCad experience would be advantageous but is not essential.  You will be collating, organising, investigating and producing technical information for the projects you work on.  In addition, you will be liaising with clients, contractors and consultants, including undertaking site visits.
