Project Architect (high-end residential)
A West London based practice specialising in the high-end / luxury residential sector is looking for a Project Architect to join their friendly, passionate and talented team. Projects span contemporary and traditional but all are very high budget and have a wow factor. These can be new build or refurbishment.
The ideal candidate will have worked across all stages and must have a solid understanding of UK building regulations. Your portfolio will ideally include high-end / luxury residential projects. The role requires a job runner who can manage projects and a small team. You will be client facing so excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Other duties include planning approval, building control approval, CDM, party wall approval, contract administration and checking / redlining drawings. You will require a strong creative vision and solid architectural design skills.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly respected practice and to work on prestigious, stunning and interesting projects. For more information, please contact Stewart Howl at Tarrant Howl or apply online to register your interest.
